About Callum

Callum is standing in the March 2013 elections as a candidate for North East Chairman. Whilst currently studying his A Levels at Prudhoe Community High School, Callum is Chairman of Hexham Conservative Future, working closely with Guy Opperman MP, whilst in a separate capacity being the elected Member of Youth Parliament for Northumberland.

Callum has a passion for representing young people, and
ensuring that the most vulnerable people in society have their voices heard. A testimony of this is Callum's tireless work in aid of tackling Child Poverty & Youth Homelessness.

With his dedication to youth representation, his pride of the North East, and belief in the Conservative Party; Callum has set his sights on the North East Chairmanship with full intention on delivering the best interests of fellow regional members. This ranges from providing full support to help fulfill the aspirations of every member, make the organisation more efficient and effective, and place Conservative Future at the forefront of change - putting young people, and the party on the map.
